Embodiment

[0031] refer to figure 2 , a schematic diagram of a new type of low-frequency sound insulation material according to the present invention, it can be seen that the sound insulation material is a two-phase material, and the material specifically includes:

[0032] Hard materials with a Young's modulus greater than 10GPa used as a frame and fixed on external equipment;

[0033] Preferably, the hard material includes ordinary steel, alloy steel and aluminum alloy.

[0034] The so-called Young's modulus is a physical quantity that characterizes the tensile or compressive ability of a material within the elastic limit. It is an inherent property of a material and a term in material mechanics. The Young's modulus mentioned in this article Quantity refers to the elastic modulus in the longitudinal direction (such as the fiber reinforcement direction of the material, the length direction, etc.). In this embodiment, a hard material with a Young's modulus greater than 10 GPa is selec...

Abstract

The invention provides a novel low-frequency sound insulating material. A frame made of a hard material with Young modulus more than 10 GPa is fixed to external equipment, a soft material with Young modulus less than 100 MPa is filled in the frame, and contacting parts of the hard material and the soft material are fixedly connected; and when a sound wave is transmitted to the material surface, the fixed hard material is equivalent to a rigid body with infinite mass, the hard material and the soft material resonate near a certain frequency point, and the equivalent mass of the materials belowthe resonant frequency is negative, so that the energy of the sound wave passing through the frequency range exponentially decreases together with the increase of transmission distance; therefore, the low-frequency sound wave is insulated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of composite materials and acoustic metamaterials, in particular to a novel low-frequency sound insulation material. Background technique [0002] The method of using materials (components, structures or systems) to hinder the propagation of noise and reduce the noise energy after passing through the material is called sound insulation. The above materials (components, structures or systems) are called sound insulation materials (sound insulation components, sound insulation structures or sound insulation systems). The inherent sound insulation ability of the material itself is usually described by the sound insulation capacity, which is defined as the sound energy ratio before and after the noise passes through the material, that is, the decibel number obtained by taking the logarithm of the ratio of the incident sound energy to the transmitted sound energy, also known as the transmission loss , usually re...
