Abstract

The invention enables reliable preheating of the electrodes of at least two gas discharge lamps without great effort. In the case of a circuit arrangement comprising an input (2), an output (8, 9, 10, 11) and a resonant tank with a resonant inductance (12) and a resonant capacitor (13) it is proposed to use a capacitive split Compressor (16).
