Abstract

The device comprises an image acquisition device, an image identification device and a control device, wherein the image acquisition device is used for acquiring an image of a rotatable rope end coupler; the image identification device is used for judging whether a tail rope connected withthe rotatable rope end coupler is about to kink according to the image of the rotatable rope end coupler at a predetermined time and a predetermined place; and the control device is used for controlling a motor of the hoisting machine, and stopping the motor when the image identification device judges that the tail rope connected with the rotatable rope end coupled is about to kink.
