Problems solved by technology

This not only reduces the utilization rate of network resources due to the inability to give full play to the flexible characteristics of business granularity, but also fails to provide good QoS guarantees and brings uncertainties, which all reduce the overall efficiency of the network (time delay, power consumption and cost, etc.) , making it difficult to give full play to the many advantages of MPLS-TP technology

Abstract

The invention discloses a service transport method for distinguishing the priority in an MPLS-TP over OTN multi-layer network and a device thereof. The method comprises the following steps that an OTN edge node MPLS-TP service entry receives MPLS-TP data; the service data distinguishes service types via frame header double-label information to divide different services into sending queues with different priority; appropriate bandwidth source is distributed to be sent out according to the bandwidth resource of a node optical link after the service is packaged into a unified OTM frame structure; and service is correspondingly processed at the receiving end and is reduced into corresponding service to be processed by an MPLS-TP label and sent out from the service interface, and finally the MPLS-TP service transport based on the priority is completed. The invention effectively ensures the service priority based on the service transport method and the system for distinguishing the priority in the MPLS-TP over OTN multi-layer network, and increases the resource utilization rate of OTN node lines.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the communication technology, based on the double-label technology of MPLS-TP (MPLS Transport Profile), and specifically relates to the adaptation of different priority services transmitted in the MPLS-TP network to the services in the OTN (Optical Transport Network: Optical Transport Network) Delivery method. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of IP packet network applications, MPLS-TP technology has become a PTN technology with its multi-granularity access capability, good OAM (Operation Administration and Maintenance: operation, management and maintenance) and QoS (Quality of Service: quality of service) features. (Packet Transport Network: Packet Transport Network) is the only choice to develop rapidly. The OTN is also a product of the development of the transport network. With the emergence of a large number of packet services, OTN, as an independent device, makes up for the deficiency of optical cr...
