Abstract

The invention relates to a touch detection method and a flat panel display with an embedded type touch panel. The touch detection method comprises the following steps of: enabling a sampling signal within a time interval between a top one of corresponding gate lines driving one of sensing units and top two gate lines, and sampling a read signal which corresponds to a read line at a sampling time interval which corresponds to the time when the sampling signal is enabled by a read unit; utilizing the read signal sampled by the read unit at the sampling time interval as a sampling reference signal; enabling a sensing read signal within a time interval between the corresponding gate lines driving one of the sensing units and a last gate line, and reading the read signal which corresponds to the read line at a sensing reading time interval which corresponds to the time when the sensing read signal is enabled by the read unit; utilizing the read signal read by the read unit at the sensing reading time interval as a sensing signal; and judging whether the sensing units are touched or not according to the sampling reference signal and the sensing signal. With the touch detection method, the influence from a capacitance coupling effect can be eliminated and a more accurate sending result can be obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the field of touch detection, and in particular to a touch detection method applied to a flat display with an embedded touch panel and a corresponding flat display with an embedded touch panel. Background technique [0002] With the development of technology, flat panel displays (such as liquid crystal displays) are widely used in mobile phones, notebook computers, desktop display devices and televisions due to their advantages of high image quality, small size, light weight and wide application range. Various consumer electronic products such as these have gradually replaced traditional cathode ray tube display devices and become the mainstream of display devices. [0003] The touch panel provides a new human-computer interaction interface, which is more intuitive and more humane in use. Integrating the touch panel and the flat-panel display to make the flat-panel display have a touch function is an application trend ...
