Abstract

The invention discloses a three-way pressure balance valve and a medical respirator. The three-way pressure balance valve comprises a three-way integrated pipe, wherein, the three-way integrated pipe comprises an air source port, a release port and a breathing port; the air source port is communicated directly with the breathing port; a thoracic diaphragm is arranged on the inner end of the air source port; the air source port is communicated with the release port through the space above the thoracic diaphragm; and the thoracic diaphragm is connected with an actuator which is used for actuating up-and-down movement of the thoracic diaphragm so as to adjust the gap size between the air source port and the release port. The medical respirator is connected with the three-way pressure balancevalve to adjust the gap size between the air source port and the release port by up-and-down movement of the thoracic diaphragm and control an inspiration pressure and an expiration pressure respectively to maintain proper pressure at inspiration and expiration stages. The three-way pressure balance valve can realize two horizontal pressures to reach the optimal pressure. The medical respirator has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use and accurate control.
