Problems solved by technology

Organic grouting materials have the advantages of low viscosity, good groutability, can be poured into small cracks or pores, and the setting time can be adjusted according to engineering needs. However, most of them are toxic, costly, and have poor durability. They not only pollute the environment, It is also harmful to human health
Although inorganic grouting materials have poor groutability and slurry stability compared with organic materials, and cannot effectively fill some small cracks completely, they have the characteristics of low cost, convenient use, high strength and good durability.
However, ordinary cement grouting materials are not only easy to segregate and bleed, but the early expansion is generally small or even unable to meet the requirements of the national standard, and the later volume shrinks to a certain extent, which is easy to cause secondary cracking at the pouring part, seriously affecting the quality of the project

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials and in particular relates to a grouting material used for a concrete structure. The self-expansion type high-flow regime quick-hardening early-strength repairing grouting material is characterized by comprising sulfate aluminum cement, metakaolin, gypsum, a high efficiency water-reducing agent, an antifoaming agent, sand and water. The material comprises the following raw materials in part by weight: 0.1 to 50 parts of silicate cement, 30 to 80 parts of sulfate aluminum cement, 10 to 25 parts of metakaolin, 4 to 8 parts of gypsum, 0.1 to 1 part of high efficiency water-reducing agent, 0.01 to 1 part of retarder, 0.1 to 0.3 part of antifoaming agent, 50 to 150 parts of sand, and 26 to 30 parts of water. The material has thecharacteristics of moderate early expansion, high volume stability at later stage, excellent homogenization and no bleeding isolation, self-expansion, high flow regime, quick hardening and early strength.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and in particular relates to a grouting material for concrete structures. Background technique [0002] In civil engineering structures, there are various gaps and holes that need to be filled in time, so as to achieve the functions of steel anchorage, seepage prevention and plugging, reinforcement and reinforcement. Grouting is a method of pouring high-fluidity and fast-setting and hardening slurry into cracked water-bearing rock formations, concrete holes or loose soil layers to improve the integrity of structures and the ability to resist external erosion. [0003] At present, there are two main types of grouting materials on the market: organic grouting materials and inorganic grouting materials. Organic grouting materials have the advantages of low viscosity, good groutability, can be poured into small cracks or pores, and the setting time can be adjusted according to engineering...
