Embodiment Construction

[0011] Referring to FIG. 1, 1 is a substrate, 2 is an oxide particle film layer, and 3 is a carbon nanotube film. A layer of oxide film is arranged on the base, and a dendritic carbon nanotube composite film embedded with oxide quantum dots is grown on the oxide film.

[0012] Referring to the SEM photo of the carbon nanotube tin oxide composite film shown in Figure 2, the dendritic carbon nanotubes are wrapped by tin oxide particles, and the grown carbon nanotubes are bamboo-shaped, and the tin oxide quantum can be clearly seen. The dots are embedded in the walls and interior of the carbon nanotubes.

[0013] According to the technical scheme of the present invention, the specific requirements for the preparation method of the dendritic carbon nanotube composite gas-sensitive film embedded with oxide quantum dots are as follows: 1) the oxide particles are obtained by ball milling, and the oxide film layer is obtained by passing through a screen It is formed by printing on a ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a composite air-sensitive membrane of a carbon nano tube embedded with oxide quantum dots. The composite air-sensitive membrane is prepared by preparing a layer of an oxide nano particle membrane layer on a silicon substrate, sintering the silicon substrate in a sintering furnace at a high temperature and then growing a carbon nano tube on the oxide nano particle membrane through high-temperature pyrolysis. The composite air-sensitive membrane is the dendritic carbon nano tube embedded with the oxide quantum dots. The air-sensitive membrane with a composite structure increases passages for electron transportation and absorption, increases surface area and contributes to improvement on air sensitivity and selectivity. The preparation process of the composite air-sensitive membrane has the advantages of simple operation and low cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of preparation of sensitive thin films of gas-sensitive sensors, and relates to a preparation method of a carbon nanotube composite gas-sensitive film embedded with oxide quantum dots. Background technique [0002] The main principle of the gas sensor is that the detected gas reacts with the gas-sensitive film, causing changes in the material structure and surface state of the gas-sensitive film, and converting this property change into electrical signal output such as resistance, conductance, and capacitance. Information such as the composition and concentration of the gas can be analyzed through the output electrical signal. Therefore, for gas detection, the role of the sensitive membrane is very important. The sensitive film often largely determines the key characteristics of the gas sensor, such as the structure, power consumption, life, sensitivity, response time, and detection range. Semiconductor metal oxides...
