The network content pushing method comprises the following steps: receiving the access requesting information of mobile storage equipment by using a network server; acquiring identification information in the access requesting information for verification; judging whether the mobile storage equipment is registered or not according to the identification information; if the mobile storage equipment is registered, informing the mobile storage equipment of disenabling limited settings; if the mobile storage equipment is not registered, receiving the user characteristic information of the mobile storage equipment and registering the mobile storage equipment; and transmitting network contents to the mobile storage equipment according to the user characteristic information. The network content pushing device receives the access requesting information of the mobile storage equipment through a receiving module, verifies the mobile storage equipment through a judging module and cancels the limited settings of the mobile storage equipment by utilizing an operating module, so that the network server interacts with the mobile storage equipment to acquire relatively more accurate information about the mobile storage equipment and a user, which makes simpler and more convenient the pushing of the network contents, improves network content pushing efficiency and avoids the waste of network resources.
