Abstract

The invention discloses a non-contact type wire tracing device which comprises a transmitter and a receiver, wherein the transmitter comprises a signal generating module, a modulating module and an amplifying module. A main frequency signal generated by the signal generating module is used as a carrier signal, forms a modulating signal by a modulating module, and forms an amplifying modulating signal by the amplification of the amplifying module. The amplifying module is connected with a conducting wire and transmits the amplifying modulating signal through the conducting wire. The receiver comprises a receiving module, a frequency-selecting amplifying module, a demodulating module and an identification generation audio module, wherein the receiving module comprises a carbon rod coil for sensing the amplifying modulating signal transmitted by the transmitter, and the sensed and received amplifying modulating signal is sent to the frequency-selecting amplifying module to amplify and then demodulated by the demodulating module; the demodulated amplifying modulating signal enters the identification generation audio module to identify and generate a corresponding audio signal; and theoutput end of the identification generation audio module is connected with an indicator. The invention also discloses a non-contact type wire tracing method.
