The controlled one-way valve is characterized in that: a rotatable spindle is horizontally arranged in the valve body; a pressing rod is fixed on the spindle in the valve body; a pressing head at the other end of the pressing rod presses an elastic sealing membrane to closely cover the drain port; and the spindle is also provided with a spring pull rod which is pulled by a spring, so that the spindle drives the pressing rod and the pressing head to press the elastic sealing membrane tightly to achieve the aim of sealing. The elastic sealing membrane is preferably a sealing membrane resistant to oil, acid and alkali or a silicone rubber sealing membrane. The spring pull rod is arranged outside the valve body and is vertical to the spindle; a fixed rod is also arranged outside the valve body; and the spring is connected between the spring pull rod and the fixed rod. A drive handle is arranged on the spindle.
