Abstract

A transformer station can manage a great amount of high-voltage power lines (1) arriving at anyone side of the transformer station without occupying wide areas or big volume. A gas-insulated transformer station (10) comprises various compartments (12) for treating the electric power and a bus (14). The power can be normally transmitted to the compartments by an overhead conductor (2) and a closed wall outlet bushing (16). An emergency bus (24) is arranged on the gas-insulated transformer station (10), preferably on a roof (11) of a building, and the emergency bus is connected to various high-voltage power lines (1) by a wire perpendicular to the bushing (25). Therefore, any available compartment can be used as the emergency compartment, and a plurality of compartments of the gas-insulated transformer station (10) can be short-circuit.
