Abstract

The invention provides a fermentation technology of an enzyme composite (3Ec nano enzyme) and a method for treating coal by using the enzyme composite. The enzyme composite comprises laccase isozyme, coenzyme and ammonium acetate, wherein the enzyme is selected form one or more enzymes of the laccase isozyme, pyruvate dehydrogenase, dihydrolipoyl acetyltransferase, dihydrolipoyl dehydrogenase, the coenzyme is selected form one or more enzymes of coenzyme A, coenzymeA-SH, lipoic acid, thiamine pyrophosphate, flavin adenine dinucleotide and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. The invention also provides a coal treatment method which comprises the steps of spraying the enzyme composite on coal and standing for more than 72 hours; and the coal treatment method can effectively improve the coal combustion efficiency, lower the generation of oxides of carbon, nitrogen and sulphur and coal ash, and reduce the hot corrosion to devices during the combustion of coal.
