Abstract

The invention provides a hymexazol and capsaicine compound seed finishing agent and a preparation thereof. The seed finishing agent comprises 2 to10 wt. % of hymexazol, 1 to 5 wt. % of capsaicine, 10 to 35 wt. % of surface active agent, 10 to 30 wt. % of solvent, 1 to 5 wt. % of film-forming agent and 51 to 76 wt. % of water. The hymexazol and capsaicine compound seed finishing agent of the invention can prevent and cure seedling blight of paddy rice, can drive away injurious insects and mice, has less dose, high efficiency, quick absorption and strengthening drone function, greatly decreases the use dose, lowers the agricultural production cost and lessens the environmental pollution caused by using a large amount of medicine. A field trial of insecticide proves that the invention can excellently prevent injurious insects in the seedling stage of paddy rice and the field seedling preserving ratio is high.
