The walking system is in traction connection with a bearing device of a bottom die platform which is connected on the bearing device and the cast box girder through a hanger system. A closed protective system is arranged along the periphery of the bottom die platform. The anchoring system anchors the bearing device on the cast box girder. The closed protective system comprises a cradle top cover and a protective structure at the periphery of the cradle. The closed protective system and the bottom die platform surround a totally closed construction space. The structure seals the cast-in-place concrete in construction inside with effect of nourishing the indoor concrete and avoiding fear of heights of operating personnel. The construction method realizes splicing, forward walk and anchoring and retreat of the cradle simply and conveniently, and is suitable for occasions where the cradle cannot be dismounted above because high speed road, rail way line and the like are below.
