Abstract

The invention discloses a sealing packing for a steam chamber of a tire vulcanizer and a method for producing the same. The sealing packing comprises a main body core pattern made of mixing rubber, and further comprises a fiber cord fabric reinforced layer arranged on the main body core pattern, wherein the fiber reinforced layer is coated on an outer surface where the main body core pattern is contacted with a lower half mold of the steam chamber. By coating the fiber reinforced layer outside the main body core pattern made of mixing rubber, the fiber of the reinforced layer can effectively prevent aging cracks of the rubber and can increase the using times of the packing while enhancing the entire intensity of the packing. Therefore, the sealing packing and the method improve the sealing effect of the steam chamber during a vulcanizing process of the tire vulcanizer, stabilize the tire vulcanization process, enhance the quality of a tire product and lower the production cost of the tire.
