The preparing method comprises the following steps: putting the traditional Chinese medicines in water for decocting; and then taking the traditional Chinese medicine 3 times every day after meal; firstly decocting the prepared radix aconiti, the prepared rhizoma typhonii and the prepared southern star for 1 hour, and then adding other medicines and decocting for 10 minutes after liquor does not tingle the mouth; taking one potion every day by five potions as one treatment course.
