The invention discloses a business authorization method for an IP telecommunication network system, being realized by matching user equipment with a business argumentation centre and edge gateway equipment. A user sends business argumentation request aiming at specific telecommunication business to the business argumentation centre; after argumentation, the business argumentation centre confirms that the user has power to use the telecommunication business, and then, the business argumentation centre sends confirming response to the user; after receiving the confirming response, the user builds control link connection with the edge gateway equipment supporting the telecommunication business, and a letter of authorization of the user is sent to the edge gateway equipment; if the edge gateway equipment has enough resource, resource is deployed at an access port; and the link layer connection between the user equipment and the edge gateway equipment is related with a data plane ID relevant to the business. When the user begins to use some telecommunication business, the user firstly builds connection with the edge gateway equipment which identifies whether the user is a validated user or not; if the user is a validated user, business connection is built with the user; and thus, the user begins to use the telecommunication business.
