Abstract

The invention relates to a method for extracting phenazine from RT base production waste, which sequentially comprises the processes of dissolution and extraction, solid-liquid separation, recrystallization, drying, distillation and rectification. By utilizing the property that the phenazine can not be dissolved in ethanol at normal temperature, other organic impurities in the RT base waste are dissolved and extracted in an ethanol solution to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation; and then, the crude product of the phenazine is recrystallized to obtain the phenazine with higher purity; and the ethanol solvent is recovered and recycled by a distillation method, thereby achieving the purpose of effective extraction of the phenazine. The extraction process can achieve partial continuation, has simple and convenient operation and belongs to waste utilization; the extraction process not only solves the problem of environmental pollution, but also can recover valuable phenazine; the production efficiency is high, and the separation effect is good; the recovery rate of the phenazine in the waste reaches more than 97 percent, and the recovery utilization rate of the ethanol solvent can reach 95 percent.
