Abstract

The invention discloses an image copyright certification management system based on digital watermark technique, which mainly comprises an information managing module, a watermark algorithm managing module, a watermark information imbedded module and a watermark information extracting and certificating functional module; therefore, the system has image digital watermark imbedding and extracting functions. The system uses hybrid encoding programming technique of Visual C++ 6.0, MATLAB and MATCOM to carry out system development, thereby shortening system development cycle, improving system performance and enhancing flexibility. The system fulfils combination of the image copyright certification management system based on digital watermark technique with a database. The system comprises various watermark algorithms, selects watermark algorithm according to condition of a protected image and the watermark image in a self-adapting way, and simultaneously realizes self-adapting adjustment and selection of basic parameters. The system can not only be used as a third-party application system with copyright certification qualification, but also can be used for establishing an interior information safety certification managing system in enterprise and public institution.
