Problems solved by technology

[0005] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an improved watershed SAR based on the combination of complex wavelet texture regions by combining the complex wavelet feature extraction method with the improved watershed algorithm in view of the shortcomings of the existing image segmentation methods. Image segmentation method, effectively suppressing the over-segmentation problem of SAR images
First, the Gaussian low-pass filter is used to obtain the initial segmentation of the marked watershed, which greatly eliminates the influence of noise and solves the problem of over-segmentation of the watershed to a certain extent; then, for the texture information, the complex wavelet is used to extract the regional texture features, and clustering The method merges regions to get the final segmentation result

Embodiment Construction

[0032] Such as figure 1 As shown, the present invention carries out the method for SAR image segmentation and comprises the following steps:

[0033] 1. The Gaussian low-pass filter-improved watershed transform is used to obtain the initial segmentation, and the image is divided into many irregular blocks; the improved watershed transform is an improvement of the "pre-processing" of the watershed, which reduces over-segmentation to a certain extent. Specific steps are as follows:

[0034](1) Gaussian low-pass filtering is performed on the original image to reduce the over-segmentation caused by SAR image noise to a certain extent.

[0035] Gaussian low-pass filtering is a low-pass filtering method widely used in image processing. It can enhance certain frequency features of the image to change the gray contrast between the ground object and the neighborhood or background. When analyzing the frequency domain characteristics of an image signal, the edges, jumping parts, and gr...

Abstract

The invention discloses an improved watershed SAR image segmentation method based on complex wavelet texture region merging, which combines a complex wavelet feature extraction method and the watershed algorithm improved by the Gaussian low-pass filter to be used for restraining over segmentation existing in watershed-segmented SAR images. The method comprises the following implementation steps of: (1) carrying out the improved watershed transformation to an original image so as to obtain initial segmentation; (2) extracting complex wavelet energy feature of each pixel in the initial segmented image; (3) unifying the pixel feature in each irregular region block; and (4) sorting and merging different region blocks by utilizing a 'K-mean value' clustering method to reduce the region blocks and obtain final results. The image segmentation effect of the method is verified to be basically consistent with the standard by a group of simulation experiments.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of image processing, in particular to an improved watershed SAR image segmentation method based on complex wavelet texture region merging, which is used to suppress over-segmentation of SAR image segmentation in the field of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) image segmentation . Background technique [0002] SAR image segmentation is a key step in the automatic processing of SAR images, and its purpose is to segment SAR images into sub-regions or objects with strong correlation. It is convenient for further analysis and recognition of SAR images, and the accuracy of segmentation directly affects the effectiveness of subsequent tasks. [0003] The observation objects of SAR images are ground objects and targets in highly unconstrained scenes. The radar echo is sensitive to the type, orientation, uniformity, and spatial relationship of ground objects, and a large part of them is reflected as texture information ...
