Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a system for wireless positioning by updating of auxiliary base stations, which can be timely and effectively applied to auxiliary base stations with wireless positioning. The method adopts a technical proposal that the method comprises the following steps: a, determining a set S1 of effective auxiliary base stations and a set S2 of base stations excluding effective auxiliary base stations in the set S1 in a neighbor cell S of a service cell in a target mobile phone; b, carrying out primary wireless positioning of the target mobile phone; c, judging whether the wireless positioning is finished or not, if yes, completing the process, otherwise, carrying out next step; d, updating the set S1 of the effective auxiliary base stations; and e, carrying out secondary wireless positioning of the target mobile phone and returning to the step c.
