Embodiment Construction

[0016] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with drawings and embodiments.

[0017] The specific structure of a surface plasmon resonance spectroscopy sensor of this embodiment is shown in Figure 1, including a broadband light source 1, a beam shaper 2, a polarizer 3, a surface plasmon resonator 4, an analyzer 5, a beam expander Mirror 6, reflective blazed grating 7, and linear array photoelectric sensor 8. The surface plasmon resonator 4 is a cylindrical prism, and its cross section is an isosceles right triangle. The hypotenuse bottom of the surface plasmon resonator is coated with a metal reflective film to form a sensing plane 402 . The emission path of the broadband light source 1 is provided with a beam shaper 2, a polarizer 3 and a surface plasmon resonator 4 in sequence. After total reflection, it emerges from the exit surface 403 on the right-angled side. The direction of the outgoing beam is sequentially provided with a polarizer 5, a...

Abstract

The invention relates to a surface plasma resonance spectrum sensor. The structures of mechanical movement parts and parts used for regulating the angle scanning are relatively complex in the prior art which adopts the angle scanning for measurement. The sensor comprises a light beam shaper, a polarizer and a surface plasma resonator which are sequentially disposed along the emergent light path of a broad-band light source. The plasma resonator is a columnar prism, the section of which is in the shape of an isosceles right triangle, and the hypotenuse bottom surface of the triangle is electroplated with a metal reflection film so as to form a sensing plane. An incident beam is perpendicular to the incident plane of the right-angle side of the surface plasma resonator, and exits from the emergent plane of the right-angle side after the total internal reflection occurs on the sensing plane. An analyzer, an expander and a reflection-type blazed grating are sequentially disposed in the emergent light beam direction. A linear-array photoelectric sensor is disposed in the exiting direction of the diffracted beam of the reflection-type blazed grating and is parallel to the diverging direction of the diffracted light. The sensor has the characteristics of simple structure, high stability, etc., without mechanical movement part.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of optical technology, and relates to a surface plasmon resonance sensor, in particular to a surface plasmon resonance spectrum sensor, which is mainly used for detection of trace substances in the fields of food safety, environmental monitoring, biology, chemistry and medicine. technical background [0002] Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) is a physical optical phenomenon discovered by Wood at the beginning of last century. In the 1960s, German scientists Otto and Kretchmann independently invented the method of exciting surface plasmons with visible light. In the 1980s, Swedish scientist Liedberg used this technology for the detection of biomacromolecular interactions. Since then, surface plasmon resonance sensing technology has developed rapidly and developed into a very useful detection technology. Surface plasmon resonance sensing technology can be widely used in food safety, environmental monitoring, biology, ch...
