A washing method of an air-water backwashing surface of filter materials of a natural filtering bed and a washing control system thereof are provided by the present invention. By the use of air lift generated by compressed air, piping generated by water power and separation generated by the mixture of the air and the water, the compact filter materials and a silt layer covered on the natural filtering bed are dispersed to cause the recombination of the filter materials. Meanwhile, with the running of river water, the silt with light weight and sediment are discharged out of the filtering bed, thus increasing the filtration coefficient of a permeable layer and the vertical infiltration velocity of surface water to underground. The control system comprises a seepage well of the natural filtering bed, an air distribution system which generates the air lift and a water distribution system and a control system which generate the piping. By adopting the method and the system of the invention, a water plant is moved to the underground, thus saving investment, occupying less area, having low operation cost, meeting the requirements of environmental engineering, increasing water yield and improving water quality.
