Pattern forming method on the plate of the surface has steps of: 1, polishing and cleaning outer surface of the plate; 2, spraying base colored lacquer onto the outer surface, drying; 3, selecting inverted water transferring picture with special structure; 4, tearing plastic membrane down from the water transferring picture; 5, immersing the water transferring picture into water and taking it out, pasting it onto surface of base colored lacquer layer; 6, carrying out wiper operation; 7, removing bottom paper of the water transferring picture; 8, painting transparent protective lacquer finally.
