Embodiment 1

[0018] 14 parts of fatty urea is used as a thickener, and antioxidants and extreme pressure additives are added to 100 parts of base oil, which is a mixed oil of synthetic hydrocarbon oil and ester oil. The mixture was stirred and cooled, an oxidation inhibitor was added, and homogenized by grinding with a three-roll mill. The resulting grease had a non-working penetration of 194 at -20°C and a working penetration of 231 at 25°C.

[0019] The prepared lubricating grease was sealed in the ball bearing, and the noise of the bearing was measured in a cold environment. The measurement results are shown in Table 1.

Embodiment 2

[0021] The preparation method of the lubricating grease is the same as that of Example 1. The thickening agent is alicyclic urea with a mass fraction of 20 parts, which is added to 100 parts of base oil, which is a mixture of synthetic hydrocarbons and alkyl biphenyls. The resulting grease had a non-working penetration of 200 at -20°C and a working penetration of 299 at 25°C.

[0022] The low-temperature noise of the grease was measured according to the method of Example 1, and the results are shown in Table 1.

Abstract

A method for producing ball-bearing grease that is used particularly in auto parts and annexes thereof consisting of base oil and thickening agents is provided. The cone penetration of the grease is between 180 to 130 at minus 20 DEG C and between 200 to 340 at minus 25 DEG C. Grease within this consistency range is capable of resisting cold outdoors and functioning well for a complete lubrication in the cold environment with making very little noise.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a wide temperature ball bearing grease. Especially used in electric parts and accessories near the car engine. Background technique [0002] The lubricating grease applied to electric parts and their accessories, such as the ball bearing grease on the idler and tensioner, will be more or less radiated by the heat of the car engine, so the temperature of its friction surface can reach 110°C. Therefore, the lubricating grease used in this part is required to have higher high-temperature lubricity and longer high-temperature life. [0003] In some relatively cold regions, this kind of bearing grease may be used at -20 ~ -40 ℃, so the grease is required to have excellent low temperature performance, and of course it is also required to have good high temperature performance. [0004] The 20°C cone penetration of traditional lubricating greases that can meet the above two conditions is between 220-310. [0005] However, there is ...
