A ticket electronic code root directory server and an object name service (ONS) root directory server are established, and all ONS servers, EBCIS serves and middleware servers are established level by level, so as to construct the electronic ticket EPC network. An electronic ticket user uses a portable computer or a desktop computer to download the appointed electronic ticket; an invoice tax control machine automatically generates an invoice electronic text and embeds the ticket electronic code, and then writes the invoice content into the prescribed tax authorities of the signer jurisdiction and the receiver jurisdiction. All the electronic ticket publications and the authentication departments establish the corresponding systems to connect the electronic ticket EPC network through middleware.
