Problems solved by technology

This technology overcomes many problems in traditional two-dimensional electrophoresis, such as membrane protein separation, strong polar proteins, low molecular weight and low abundance proteins are difficult to detect, etc. [1-3]
Especially for disease-associated secreted proteins in plasma, two-dimensional electrophoresis is more difficult

Abstract

The invention provides a method for in vitro detection of plasma protein marker of endometriosis, which comprises the following steps of: collecting plasma sample from a patient; detecting the protein in the sample with mass spectrograph, especially using SELDI-TOF-MS technique; comparing the obtained result with the result obtained from a normal person, and determining the plasma protein marker of endometriosis in combination of bioinformatics. The invention also relates to the use of the plasma protein marker obtained using the method and relates detection reagents in preparing products for diagnosis of endometriosis.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of diagnosis of endometriosis, in particular to a method for detecting plasma marker protein of endometriosis in vitro by using SELDI technology. The present invention also relates to a series of plasma proteins thus obtained that can be used as potential biomarkers of endometriosis and its application in diagnosing endometriosis. Background technique [0002] Endometriosis is a frequently occurring disease in women of childbearing age, causing a variety of clinical symptoms. In recent years, the incidence rate has shown an obvious upward trend, reaching 10%-15%, accounting for more than 30% of gynecological operations. Dysmenorrhea, lower abdominal pain and infertility caused by endometriosis seriously affect women's health and quality of life. Although endometriosis is a benign disease, its lesions are extensive, diverse, extremely invasive and recurrent, and the damage to organ structure and function is equivalen...
