The degradable base material is prepared with degradable macromolecule as main components, plasticizer, stabilizer, stabilizing adjuvant and filler at the weight percent of degradable macromolecule 100 portions, plasticizer 0 to 8 portions, stabilizer 0 to 4 portions, stabilizing adjuvant 0 to 8 portions and filler 0 to 35 portions. After being extruded and granulated, the finished products of granular materials are obtained. The base material of the degradable syringe has the advantages that the formula is reasonable, the process is simple and the property is stable, which is suitable for mass production in purification plant so as to replace the traditional base material for producing disposable syringes.
