Abstract

The invention discloses a tester and a method for automatically and quantitatively testing the flowability of particle material, which consists of a mechanical part, a microcomputer test system hardware and a soft ware, wherein, the mechanical part comprises a material storehouse, a machine frame, an automatic flow conveying part, a vibrating conveying part and weighing stand. The invention aims at determining the flow speed and the flowing flux changing rate as the dynamic evaluation index of the flowability when the particle material is under the natural flow in gravity effect and the conveying flow in the external force, and then realizing the analysis of the automatic constant flowability of particle material according to the flow speed and the flowing flux changing rate under the twoconditions. The invention can measure the stability and speed of flow of different particle material in the different environment and plant constructional material, further analyze the effect of the material characteristics, the environmental factor and the constant device on the flowability of particle material, therefore, the invention provides theoretical basis and experimental data for studying the automatic quantitative and increasing the automatic quantitative performance.
