Problems solved by technology

Most of the raw materials selected in these studies are animal proteins, and the separation methods are either too expensive, or the ash content in the peptide is high, which affects its activity, etc., which are not suitable for large-scale production.
The use of alkaline protease to hydrolyze rice protein isolates to produce hypotensive peptides has not been reported at home and abroad.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method of preparing antihypertensive peptide with rice-separated protein. The method is technically characterized in that: rice-separated protein solution, the weight percentage viscosity (W / W) of which is 5-15 percent, is hydrolyzed by alkali proteinase. The process conditions of hydrolysis are: pH value: 8-10; reaction temperature: 40-50 DEG C; enzyme added: 1-2 percent; reaction time: 120-180 min; stirring enzymolysis. Then the hydrolysate is desalinated by macroporous adsorptive resin (NKA) and eluted by 40-80 percent of alcohol. The desalinated small peptide is concentrated or dried, thereby producing the small peptide that has angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory activity. The invention is characterized in that: a new method of preparing antihypertensive peptide is provided; the technique is scientific, reasonable and easy; wide resources of the raw material are available.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of food processing technology or pharmaceutical technology, and specifically relates to functional food processing technology, in particular to a method for preparing blood pressure-lowering peptide by using rice protein isolate. Background technique [0002] ACE inhibitors are one of the fastest-growing antihypertensive drugs, but the synthetic angiotensin-converting enzyme has adverse reactions, such as proteinuria and leukopenia, etc. In addition, it is easy to cause "drug withdrawal syndrome" after drug withdrawal , seriously threatening the life safety of patients. [0003] Antihypertensive peptides derived from food protein can completely overcome various side effects in drug treatment. It only has antihypertensive effect on hypertensive patients, but has no antihypertensive effect on normal blood pressure; these peptides are produced by enzymes under mild conditions Obtained by hydrolysis, it has high safety, ...
