[0015] Figure 1 schematically shows a frozen carbonated beverage device 20 of the present invention. The frozen carbonated beverage apparatus 20 includes a freezer tank 22 that stores and freezes a low-weight frozen carbonated beverage. The freezer tank 22 is cooled by a refrigeration system, as is well known. The low hammer aerated liquid solution enters freezer tank 22 through inlet 24 and is frozen and mixed within freezer tank 22 to form a low hammer frozen aerated beverage product. The carbon dioxide enters the freezer tank 22 through the carbon dioxide inlet 50 and is mixed with the low-hammer frozen carbonated beverage. The amount of carbon dioxide is controlled. The low-weight frozen carbonated beverage product is then dispensed through outlet 26 for serving to customers. The operator can pull the handle 25 to dispense the low hammer frozen aerated product from the frozen carbonated beverage apparatus 20 .
