A method for carrying out on-line test on quality of digital network includes sending test UDP message to any set of test terminal used as master test terminal by test server, generating simulation flow rate to finalize test items and to obtain test result message with another set of test terminal used as subtest terminal by master test terminal, transmitting test result message to test server and sending configuration message to master test terminal by test server, repeating above said process till all nodes existed with test terminal are tested and generating test statistic report by test server.
