Problems solved by technology

[0006] It has been reported in the literature that under the synergistic effect of potassium acetate and KOH, the crystal structure of kerogen shale can be changed into an amorphous structure as a filler for natural rubber, but the kerogen shale treatment process is relatively complicated
[0007] There are also reports in the literature that oil shale slag is crushed or surface-modified and directly added to rubber as a filler. However, the composition of oil shale solid waste accumulated in the field is relatively complex, and the composition of samples from different layers, different locations, and different states is also different. Different, there are not only oil shale residues such as oil shale power generation or combustion residue directly used as fuel, and oil shale residue such as dry distillation residue for refining shale oil, but also oil shale with low oil content and little refining value, and the accompanying shale and surrounding rock
According to chemical composition analysis, these solid wastes contain some heavy metal elements such as Mn, Cu, Fe, etc. Their existence accelerates the aging of natural rubber and makes rubber products lose their practical use value.

Abstract

The present invention relates to natural rubber filler, and is especially process of preparing natural rubber filler with solid waste oil shale. The process includes the following steps: 1. crushing and grinding solid waste oil shale to obtain solid waste oil shale powder; 2. surface modifying the solid waste oil shale powder with surface modifier in the amount of 0.8-3 wt% of the solid waste oil shale powder at 80-200 deg.c for 15-30 min to obtain modified solid waste oil shale powder; and 3. mixing the modified solid waste oil shale powder and anti-ageing agent in the weight ratio of 10-60 to 2-4 to obtain the natural rubber filler product. The anti-ageing agent contains at least one component capable of deactivating heavy metal elements. The present invention has simple preparation process and low cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing a natural rubber filler, in particular to a method for preparing a natural rubber filler by using oil shale solid waste. technical background [0002] Oil shale is a rock formed by the simultaneous deposition of fine-grained mineral debris and organic matter decomposed by lower animals and plant residues. It consists of two parts: organic matter and inorganic minerals. The composition of inorganic minerals includes a variety of minerals, the most common of which are quartz, clay minerals, carbonates, sulfates, sulfides, iron hydroxide and table salt. The exploitation of oil shale for many years has formed a large amount of oil shale solid waste, and the stacking of these solid waste occupies a large amount of land. Moreover, the oil shale solid waste contains a large amount of toxic or potentially toxic substances, such as heavy metal elements, trace radioactive elements, carcinogens, etc., which serious...
