Abstract

The verification method is specifically suitable to twisted line type LCD and super twisted line type LCD. The method includes following steps: first, simulating a circuit of LCD drive, and outputting signal of driving waveform; then, reading out the signals of driving waveforms, and calculating value of DC bias for each displayed pixel; finally, checking up value of DC bias to validate whether signals of driving waveforms are corrective or not. Thus, in early stage of designing drive, if not arranged value of DC bias is detected, then circuit design of the drive can be modified instantly so as to reach purpose of verification.
