Abstract

The present invention provides nanometer particle and carbon nanotube dispersing method and device. The dispersing method is setting the mixture of the nanometer particle or the carbon nanotube and the base material inside one cylinder with piston rod and beating the mixture with the piston rod repeatedly. The dispersing device consists of a cylinder, a piston rod and heating jacket. There are two piston rods set separately inside the two end of the inner cavity of the dumbbell-shaped cylinder with a thin middle part, and one heating jacket around the cylinder. The present invention disperses nanometer material mechanically, and has high dispersion effect, high yield, less impurity introducing, and capacity of dispersing and straightening carbon nanotube.
