Background technique [0002] Such a method is already known from EP 1 516 544 A . When starting the flash dryer, the process gas is preheated to a predetermined drying temperature corresponding to the given value for normal drying operation. As the initial product enters the flash dryer, the temperature of the process gas is significantly lowered due to the removal of the heat associated with evaporation.
