Embodiment Construction

[0017] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with accompanying drawing:

[0018] The device adopted in the present invention comprises the following parts:

[0019] 1. High-pressure water injection pump 2. Packer 3. Center pipe 4. Casing 5. Outer barrel (oil pipe)

[0020] 6. Spiral channel 7. Vent hole 8. Drain hole 9. Liquid inlet hole

[0021] As shown in Figure 1, firstly, the water injection well is drilled through the hydrate layer by using deep-water drilling technology, and then continues to extend to a formation with higher permeability. The hydrate well section is completed by means of sand control.

[0022] The gas-water mixture enters the spiral flow channel 6 from the central tube of the packer 2, accelerates the turbulent flow, and makes the small bubbles converge into large bubbles. Due to the difference in gas-water density, the water gradually gathers in the spiral flow channel under the action of centrifugal force. The outer ...

Abstract

The process for exploiting hydrate from sea bottom includes the following steps: making the natural gas and water mixed liquid output from single well into the spiral flow channel to turbulize and merge large bubble; exhausting water collected to the outside of the spiral flow channel to oil jacket annular space for downwards back flowing and pumping into stratum with the high pressure pump; and exhausting the natural gas collected to the inside of the spiral flow channel through the oil jacket annular space and the casing exhaust valve to the platform for further treatment. The present invention separates gas from water, reinjects the output liquid to the stratum, and is scientific, environment friendly and suitable for use in large scale exploitation of hydrate from sea bottom.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a natural gas hydrate mining method. Background technique [0002] With the huge consumption of oil and gas resources, mankind will face a huge crisis of oil and gas resources in the late 21st century. In particular, China, as a big energy consumer, imports more than 100 million tons of crude oil annually. The output of domestic onshore oil and gas fields is barely stable, and experts estimate that it will be difficult to make major breakthroughs in the short term. As an alternative energy source, natural gas hydrate is being favored by scientists all over the world. [0003] Natural gas hydrate is an ice-like solid crystal composed of natural gas and water molecules. Natural gas is mainly composed of methane, so it is also called methane hydrate. Because it contains a large amount of methane gas, it has extremely strong combustion power and can be burned directly, so it is also commonly known as "combustible ice". The ener...
