[0140] Thirty-three lactating Holstein cows were randomly divided into 5 treatment groups with different milk production and milk production days. Milk samples, blood samples, and temperature data were collected at morning milking on Day -1. One normal udder in each cow was selected based on clinical scores performed at morning milking on Day -1 and California Mastitis Test (CMT) results.
