Problems solved by technology

Therefore, there is a problem with cleaning efficiency that the fine dust is largely unfiltered, and it may also cause failure of internal parts due to the flow of fine dust inside the cleaner body.
[0015] Moreover, as previously mentioned, according to the existing vacuum cleaner structure, there is no any means to remind the user that the vacuum cleaner is working without the filter installed.

Figure 4 It is a perspective view of the bottom surface of the cover 40 to which the aforementioned filter 60 is fastened. The aforementioned filter 60 is configured to be detachable from the bottom surface 40 a of the cover 40 . As shown, a filter 60 has been installed in the bottom surface 40a of the cover 40 . A plurality of radially extending protrusions 62 , 64 , 66 are provided on the peripheral edge of the top surface 60 a of the filter 60 . Recesses 61 , 63 , 65 are respectively formed between the aforementioned adjacent protrusions 62 , 64 , 66 . The aforementioned top surface 60 a is a plane, and the aforementioned protrusions 62 , 64 , 66 are formed radially extending outward from the plane.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a structure for confirming as to whether a filter is mounted into a vacuum cleaner. The structure for a vacuum cleaner according to the present invention comprises a cover (40) including a discharging port (44) for discharging air from which foreign materials are removed, a movable member (50) of which positions are changed depending on coupling states thereof, and a support portion (45) for moving the movable member (50); and a filter (60) including a coupling means (60a) having a plurality of protrusions (62,64,66) coupled to the support portion (45) of the cover (40), a plurality of indented portions (61,63,65) formed between the plurality of the protrusions (62,64,66), and an engagement piece (68) formed to be spaced apart from the protrusions (62,64,66) for changing the position of the movable member (50). The filter (60) is detachably mounted to the support portion (45). According to the present invention, unless the filter (60) having a function of removing fine dusts from the air is coupled to the cover (40), the movable member (50) hinders a dust collecting casing (20) from being perfectly covered with the cover (40). That is, since the cover (40) of the dust collecting casing (20) is positioned higher, by a height of the movable member (50), than a space formed in a main body of the cleaner for allowing the dust collecting casing (20) to be received therein, the dust collecting casing (20) cannot be received within the main body of the cleaner.

Description

field of invention [0001] The present invention relates to a filter installation device of a vacuum cleaner, in particular to a filter installation device with the following structure: if the filter is not installed in the dust collection box, the dust collection box cannot be installed. It is inserted into the main body of the vacuum cleaner, and the aforementioned filter is used to collect dust from the inhaled foreign matter once and then collect dust from the fine dust. Background technique [0002] figure 1 It is a structural diagram of an ordinary vacuum cleaner. As shown in the figure, the vacuum cleaner includes: a body 1 installed with an air suction device for sucking indoor air; and a suction device 2 for sucking air from the indoor floor through the suction force generated by the aforementioned body. [0003] The aforementioned body 1 includes: a lower cylinder 5 provided with an air suction device; an upper cylinder 6 that is combined with the top of the afore...
