Abstract

The invention discloses a feed for promoting fish muscle growth by using S-adenosylmethionine and a preparation method of the feed. Comprising the following components: 5 to 10 parts of fish meal, 10 to 20 parts of chicken meal, 20 to 30 parts of soybean protein isolate, 5 to 10 parts of cottonseed protein, 2.5 to 2.8 parts of fish oil, 1.8 to 1.3 parts of soybean oil, 1.0 to 1.5 parts of soybean lecithin, 1 to 2 parts of squid paste, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of monocalcium phosphate, 0.3 to 0.6 part of composite vitamin, 0.2 to 0.4 part of composite mineral substance, 2 to 5 parts of amino acid mixture and 0.1 to 2.5 parts of S-adenosylmethionine. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the feed and application of the feed in preparation of fish daily ration. The feed disclosed by the invention improves the absorption and transfer efficiency, improves the nutrition physiology of the largemouth bass, promotes nutrient substance metabolism of the largemouth bass, remarkably increases the number of muscle fibers, reduces the cross sectional area of the muscle fibers, efficiently promotes muscle growth, increases the content of protein in muscles, and reduces the discharge amount of nitrogen and phosphorus in the feed.
