A user can quickly know the sleep time and the get-up time of historical recent sleep according to the clock face positions corresponding to the two end points of the sleep identifier, so that the sleep state of the user can be monitored, a visual user interface is provided for displaying to the user, a more efficient man-machine interaction mode is provided, and the user experience is improved.
