Abstract

The invention discloses a grading regulation and control configuration method for full-organic mixed waste charging raw materials of a gasification furnace. Industrial organic waste contains a large number of organic matters with different phase states, densities, forms and physicochemical properties, before the industrial organic waste enters a high-temperature gasification furnace for resource utilization, the organic matters need to be subjected to preparation processes such as grading pretreatment, homogenization and precise regulation and control, and the main process comprises the following steps: detecting properties and elements of the industrial organic waste; the method comprises the following steps: pretreatment of wastes in different phase states, compatibility of organic waste mixtures, property detection and adjustment of the organic waste mixtures, and solving of charging standards and abnormal conditions of the organic waste mixtures. The invention provides a scientific and efficient preparation method for realizing resource utilization of industrial organic wastes through a high-temperature melting gasification furnace.
