Problems solved by technology

Saito uses focused ultrasound to measure the nonlinear parameters of oil-water two-phase flow. However, this measurement method is mainly used for laboratory sample characterization, and it needs to measure the density and sound velocity of the mixed liquid at the same time, so it is difficult to use in the actual industrial process. Measurement (S. Saito, "Measurement of the nonlinearity parameter in dispersiveliquid using focused ultrasound," Japanese journal of applied physics, vol.37, no.5S, pp.1-7, 1998.)

Embodiment Construction

[0033] Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the drawings.

[0034] The invention utilizes the non-linear propagation phenomenon of ultrasound in the oil-water two-phase medium, and obtains the water phase holdup in the two-phase flow by measuring the amplitude of the second harmonic in the nonlinear effect generated by the large-amplitude sound wave passing through the oil-water two-phase flow. The measuring method of the invention includes the extraction of the second harmonic amplitude in the ultrasonic waveform, the calibration of the phase holdup measurement model, and the calculation of the water phase holdup of the oil-water two-phase flow.

Abstract

The invention relates to an oil-water two-phase flow phase volume fraction measurement method based on nonlinear ultrasound, and an adopted nonlinear ultrasonic measurement system comprises a pair of ultrasonic sensors, an ultrasonic signal generation unit, a power amplifier, an ultrasonic signal acquisition unit and an upper computer data processing unit, the ultrasonic sensor consists of a pair of single-crystal broadband ultrasonic transducers fixed on the opposite sides of the experimental pipeline; comprising the following steps: (1) double-end calibration: calibrating a relationship between a second harmonic amplitude A2 in an ultrasonic nonlinear phenomenon and a water phase content phi in an oil-water two-phase flow; (2) phase volume fraction measurement: transmitting periodic interval sound wave pulses by using a transmitting end of an ultrasonic transducer, and measuring and extracting a corresponding ultrasonic second harmonic amplitude A2 at a receiving end of the ultrasonic transducer; and carrying out weighted average on the second harmonic amplitude A2 by using a sliding window, and calculating the phase content based on the relationship between A2 and the water phase content phi.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of fluid measurement, and relates to a nonlinear ultrasonic measurement method for non-disturbance measurement of phase holdup of oil-water two-phase flow. [0002] technical background [0003] The phenomenon of oil-water two-phase flow widely exists in various process links such as production, transportation, and storage in the petroleum industry. The online detection technology of oil-water two-phase flow phase holdup is a key means to realize real-time monitoring of industrial process operation status, which can reduce or eliminate the risk of oil and gas pipelines, and provide engineering guidance and decision support for intelligent and optimized management of oilfield production and transportation process. The flow structure of oil-water two-phase flow is complex, and the flow state changes rapidly due to the change of working conditions, so the online measurement of phase holdup of oil-water two-phase...
