The method comprises the following steps: extracting operation characteristics from a power distribution network multi-source data set, and extracting fault characteristics from a power distribution network panoramic data set; constructing a correlation model of the operation features and the fault features, solving fusion factors, and performing data fusion on the operation features and the fault features to obtain early warning features; the parallel network structure clusters the early warning features to obtain a power distribution network power failure hidden danger label, and an early warning threshold value is obtained from a knowledge graph database of power grid abnormal state prevention and control; key parameters in the power failure hidden danger event are compared with an early warning threshold value, and when the key parameters are larger than the early warning threshold value, the power failure hidden danger event serves as a power failure early warning event to be output; and according to the operation and maintenance safety index, determining the danger level of the power failure early warning event and formulating a coping strategy.
