[0066] Published data on DLBCL can be downloaded from the GEO database (http: / / www.NCBI.NLM.NIH.gov / GEO), (GSE87371 / GPL570, GSE10846 / GPL570 and GSE4475 / GPL96). The inclusion criteria of patients included: (a) histological diagnosis of DLBCL; (b) complete gene expression data; (c) complete survival information. Table 1 summarizes the baseline characteristics of the patients in these three cohorts. 221 patients from the GSE87371 dataset were used as the training cohort, and 388 and 159 patients from the GSE10846 and GSE4475 datasets, respectively, were used as the validation cohort.

Abstract

The invention provides application of ferroptosis related genes in prognosis evaluation of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and belongs to the technical field of disease prognosis and molecular biology. The diffuse large B-cell lymphoma prognosis model is constructed based on the ferroptosis related gene, so that the prognosis of the diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is predicted and evaluated, tests prove that the prognosis model is remarkably related to the OS of a DLBCL patient, the OS of the high-risk-value DLBCL patient is obviously shorter than that of a low-risk-value patient, and the death possibility is higher; therefore, the model has a good prediction effect, can be used for prognosis prediction of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and auxiliary clinical decision making, and has a good practical application value.
