The invention relates to a data information recommendation method and device, terminal equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining different types of data contents included in target demand information in response to the target demand information input by a user; determining an initial feature model according to the target data contents corresponding to different types; obtaining implicit behavior information of the user, and determining a user behavior model according to the implicit behavior information of the user; determining a user interest model according to the initial feature model and the user behavior model; determining a recommended data information set according to the target data content and the user interest model; determining target data information according to a D-S evidence theory and the recommended data information set, recommending the target data information to the user, mining dominant demands of the user by adopting an initial feature model in combination with the feature vector of the target data content, and solving a cold start problem; meanwhile, hidden demands of users are mined through user behavior characteristics, and the concept drift problem is solved.
