Problems solved by technology

If the clamping force is too large, it is easy to cause compressive damage to the fetal head; if the clamping force is too small, the forceps will easily slip off
[0003] In most cases, in order to prevent the fetal head from slipping, midwives often unconsciously increase the clamping force when pulling the forceps handle outward, causing fetal head injury
In addition, the shape of the head of each fetus is not the same, so that the blades of the forceps cannot fit the head of each fetus well, resulting in a small contact area between the blades of the forceps and the head of the fetus, which may easily cause the head of the fetus to slip, or Injury caused by excessive local pressure on the fetal head

Abstract

The invention provides air bag type obstetric forceps. The air bag type obstetric forceps comprise a pair of forceps bodies which are symmetrically arranged and can be close to or away from each other. Each of the pair of forceps bodies comprises a forceps handle, a forceps blade, an adjusting blade, and an air bag; the forceps blades are fixedly connected with the forceps handles; cavities are formed in the forceps blades; openings are formed in the ends, connected with the forceps handles, of the forceps blades; the adjusting blades are installed in the cavities; one ends of the adjusting blades extend out of the cavities through the openings; and a containing cavity is formed between each adjusting blade and the side wall, close to the other forceps body, of the corresponding forceps blade; and the air bags are arranged in the containing cavities. Air bag holes are evenly distributed in the side walls, and the ends, extending out of the cavities, of the adjusting blades are connected with the forceps handles in a sliding mode so that the adjusting blades can move towards the other forceps body and compress the air bags in the moving process so that the air bags can be extruded out through the air bag holes. The obstetric forceps can keep stable clamping force, can adapt to the shape of the head of a fetus, and is high in safety.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a medical instrument, in particular to an air bag type forceps. Background technique [0002] Forceps are an instrument that can be used to assist a mother in delivering her baby. Forceps assisted delivery is an operation commonly used in obstetrics to solve dystocia. The use of forceps can significantly shorten the labor process to ensure the smooth birth of the fetus. Forceps midwifery often requires doctors to have a wealth of experience, and it is necessary to master the clamping position of the forceps, especially to control the clamping force. If the clamping force is too large, it is easy to cause compressive damage to the fetal head; if the clamping force is too small, the forceps will easily slip off. [0003] In most cases, in order to prevent the fetal head from slipping, midwives often unconsciously increase the clamping force when pulling the forceps handle outward, causing fetal head injury. In addition, the sh...
