Abstract

The invention relates to edge synergistic micro-platform equipment for a biogas engineering biological desulfurization system. The edge synergistic micro-platform equipment comprises a database module, a soft gateway module, a cloud-edge synergy module, an intelligent control module and an algorithm control module which are embedded in a Linux system. The edge synergistic micro-platform equipment has the advantages that the biological desulfurization production link is energized, the production efficiency is improved, the hydrogen sulfide removal rate is stabilized, the energy consumption is reduced, and the sewage output is reduced; in order to achieve the purpose of intelligently adjusting terminal products of a biological desulfurization system, the product adjusting model of the system determines the process of acid production and elemental sulfur production of the system through the model, and dynamically and optimally adjusts process parameters (air-biogas ratio, pH value, temperature and spraying amount) according to the peak value and valley value of biogas flow and the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in biogas, and obtains the maximum or minimum pH value drop rate. In order to further reduce the energy consumption, the system optimizes corresponding process parameters through an energy consumption model by taking the system economy as an objective function to realize energy conservation and consumption reduction.
