Abstract

A method of filling a beverage into a beverage tank is provided. The method includes: selecting at least one beverage by a program running on a personal electronic device; an antenna of the personal electronic equipment transmits a radio frequency field; transmitting, by near field communication, radio information of the beverage data from an antenna of the personal electronic device to a beverage sink in the vicinity of the personal electronic device; receiving the beverage data by an antenna of the beverage tank, storing the beverage data in a memory of the beverage tank, and extracting electric energy from the radio frequency field; transmitting a radio frequency field from an antenna of the beverage dispenser near the beverage sink; upon detecting that the beverage sink is proximate the beverage dispenser, transmitting a request command from an antenna of the beverage dispenser to an antenna of the beverage sink requesting transmission of beverage data; reading the beverage data from a memory of the beverage tank, and transmitting the beverage data to an antenna of the beverage distributor through an antenna of the beverage tank under the control of a controller of the beverage tank; and outputting one of the at least one beverage defined by the beverage parameter set in the beverage data to the beverage tank.
